💳 Refund & Return Policy

At VedSudham Ayurveda, your health and happiness mean everything to us. Choosing the right wellness product is an important decision, and we want you to experience its benefits with complete confidence. Your trust matters more than a transaction—if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.


📦 For Products Shipped by VedSudham Ayurveda

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • The product doesn’t fit your needs.

  • You received an expired product (highly unlikely).

  • You were charged more than the MRP.

  • The product is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered.

✅ To process a return, please ensure the product is:

  • Unused and in its original condition.

  • Returned with the original tags, box, and packaging.

⚠️ Note: Temperature-sensitive products are not eligible for returns.


🛒 For Products Shipped Directly by the Seller

If your order is fulfilled by a third-party seller (clearly mentioned on the product page), returns cannot be processed directly by us.
However, we will assist you by coordinating with the seller to resolve the issue.

🚚 For Orders Not Yet Shipped

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at ping@vedsudham.com.

  • If the order hasn’t been packaged or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If the order has already been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.


📦 For Products Damaged in Transit

We pack your products with utmost care, but if you receive a damaged package:

  • Please do not accept it and return it to the delivery agent immediately.

  • Notify us at ping@vedsudham.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement right away.


🧾 Easy Return/Refund Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Email us at ping@vedsudham.com within the eligible window (7 days).

  2. Include order ID, issue description, and clear photos/videos of the product & packaging (for damage/defect/MRP issues).

  3. Our team will verify and share the pickup or return address.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll approve/refuse the refund/replacement and notify you via email.

  5. Refund timeline: 5–7 business days to the original payment method (bank processing times may vary).


❌ Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene & safety)

  • Opened/used consumables (powders, capsules, syrups, teas, oils)

  • Items with tampered seals or missing original packaging

  • Free gifts or promotional items


🔁 Replacement vs. Refund

  • Damaged/defective/wrong item: Prefer replacement (subject to stock).

  • If replacement is not possible, we’ll process a refund.


🧭 Important Notes

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or multiple delivery attempts missed, reshipping charges may apply.

  • For transit damage claims, please email within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
